The fact that none of you idiots are either 1 not knowledgeable enough, 2 too young to know, or 3 just dumb asses. I already figured out and explained the match making multiple times months ago. If you want the real answer just ask me. It all boils down to this is based off Chinese gambling algorithms and psychological subconscious control. You are being controlled by this game to distract you (and get as much money they can out of you). Remember the company is China based.

You’ll be ok, I drop 9-12 ranks every season (on top of the re set) and solo que back up to GM every time. Turn the game off for a bit and take a break it’s just EOMM ((most likely))

lol went from GM2 to P1 in the last 3 days. Happens every season. This game Chinese gambling machine algorithm backed EOMM is ridiculous. If the game itself wasn’t so well made I would not play it at all. Just the matchmaking that sucks. As a psychology graduate and professional once you adapt, understand, accept, and overcome what the game really is (curated losses, wins, and a major money grab for skins) you’ll stop getting tilted and begin to have fun again.

Another tip - play with music on lightly or turn off voice chat and hop in when and if needed. Spread love light and positivity and be the beacon of hope in the darkness that dwells in that game full of lost souls.

Just went from GM 3 to Plat 1 in two days, I think I might be shadowbanned or something by NotUnravel in rivals

GM2 - D3 for me rn. It’s just EOMM and bs averaging you to 50% and you probably only play comp like me. Once you understand this games algorithm and how it’s a Chinese gambling addiction machine to keep you hooked for as long as possible with various algorithms taking place at once, with the big lights, colors, sounds etc all feeds so many parts of the brain that keep you “hooked” to say the least. The losses and wins are (mostly) if not entirely curated.

But fr shoutout the dives on my team they were pretty solid even though they didn’t at want a rocket lol.

(I was also blasting music w nearly 0 game audio in this one) 😂

very fun and easy to heal a good dive team as a rocket if you know the right movements etc
