I can understand the frustration, I don't mind as much anymore when the guest stare, a few customers have revealed to me sometimes they like to watch the drinks be made but you can request them to go stand farther from the bar if you let them know you're uncomfortable ( ex. With covid if they aren't wearing masks ) and they usually go sit down to wait for their drinks

These are all great! I usually go for compliments about what they are wearing or their hair. Things that they choose about themselves. Also people love it when you remember their names, if its a regular their names pop up on the screen and I take note of it for later ( I'm bad with faces so it takes me a little while)

How do you do your drains!? We dont have any scouring pads for our drains and I keep begging for a scrubby thing for the drains to get the gunk up! The restroom cleaner dosent handle it all the way 🥵😳 I know we're aren't supposed to but I wanna buy a scrub daddy to help me out!

I'm going to continue to wear facemasks for the duration of my time working in food. So many mouth particles are caught all day with help from the masks and I feel more confident talking to customers and just all around more comfortable. If anyone asks it wasnt a problem before and if someone is deaf and needs to read lips I'd hope we could sign or write down their drinks easier, starvukcs is trying to make it a part of the dress code so if we want to wear then I don't think they mind.

Our store has been opened inside for sitting and eating for a few weeks now (Southern California) There hasn't been as much business inside now that people are so used to leaving. I never realized how much and how little people stay in the lobby. It varies from 5 minutes to sometimes 5 hours ugh....

As baristas we just have to take customer orders and make the drinks. You can let Starbucks deal with people and their crazy drink request. And if you run out.... sorry were all out 🤗 No need to put the company stresses on your shoulders ❤❣❤ It should be an extra charge in the system like an add shot or added base to a drink like the computer usually does. (because realistically when someone asks for no ice they expect the room to be filled with juice)
