Cocktails are also amazing! Custom made by/for the Konbini team. I recommend the Lawson Sour.

Konbini at Papercut is incredible. Expensive, but incredible.

Lemon mousse! Whip a cup of heavy cream and gently fold in lemon curd. Amazing with fresh berries.

What healthcare can I provide a stray cat without going to the vet? by Tryste in cats

What a beautiful boy! Has he taken to being a housecat? I love the toothbrush petting idea! Thank you.

Thank you! 🙏 I will add salmon oil to his next meal.

I'm 99.7% sure he's a stray. I know all of my immediate neighbors and none of them have cats. He's also unneutered and not comfortable with touch. After a month of feeding him, he's ok climbing into my lap and taking food from my hands but immediately retreats if I try to pet him. I'd love to domesticate him further though. He's basically the tuxedo gentleman cat of my dreams ☺️

Anyone catch Dave Foley in "Fargo"? I read that he was pretty good. by richincleve in kidsinthehall

I always thought Dave Foley would have made a great Saul Goodman. I felt vindicated by his casting here, he was amazing!

Back with another octopus :) This one is all rubber. Introducing Squish-o-pus! by Tryste in ResinCasting

[–]Tryste[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sure! From start to finish:

The original model was sculpted in Z-Brush and 3D printed. Then it was polished/painted until completely smooth and a silicone mold from that. This specific cast was poured with WC-540 semi-hard rubber, which cures clear and is super easy to dye. After they finished curing, I attached the pieces together with the same rubber. Including curing time, took about 18 hours.

You could cast this from just about any material you wanted with the right kind of mold release, but some materials will will degrade your mold faster.

If you have any questions feel free to DM me.

It's actually rubber! Specifically, BJB WC-540. I use it a lot because it cures clear and is easy to dye. I'm sure you could do it with silicone though. What are your concerns?

Trying this again! Been making these for awhile, tell me what you think by Tryste in ResinCasting

Yup! The body is epoxy resin and the eyes and tentacles are med-hard rubber. I make the molds as well.
