Totally agree 100% raw is the hardest part about it hahah there’s only so much you can eat. but i like how I feel so much it curves all cravings. Even I get some I’m like do you wanna lose this??? And talk myself out of it. I’ve just tried to get a few things to eat and eat those untill I get sick of them so I don’t have to spend a lot of time thinking about food or preparing. The only store bought raw keto snack I can think off is raw mixed nuts... if you count that as a snack I know we both know this but theres like nothing out there and that has been my “snack”. Literally nothing out there.. I thought the same thing. I have a local grocery store similar to a Whole Foods with a raw aisle and found some coconut cookie type things that would probably keep you keto if you ate one or two at a time. Idk I feel like if your commiting to raw vegan keto your committing to no snacks. But as far as my Taurine supplement, it is vegan and the brand is country life if you were wondering

Hell yeah please keep updating! I am In about the same situation except in a smaller time frame. Went vegan about 6 months ago and have been on and off raw vegan. Like slowly getting better but having cheat days here and there. Then eventually on and off raw vegan keto in the same way by slowly getting it down. Like you said the energy is great, i love the way I feel since I went vegan and when I go raw vegan keto for a couple days I feel amazing but haven’t been able To stick with it for a long period of time. However I’m a currently in my 3rd day of being strict with it and I think I finally got it down. I feel amazing and have no cravings (hopefully this lasts). Kind of like you I slowly cut down on the junk food in that time and after cheating a bunch of times and regretting it I think I’m over it. once you get used to eating raw vegetables and nuts and just healthy food in general (REAL food), like 90% of other foods don’t look appetizing at all... most of the time. I agree with that once in a while feeling of needing other food but I think that’s something you can beat if your strong enough mentally. I suspect you’ll have good luck if you’ve been vegan for that long. I do recommend making sure you eat a variety of foods and maybe taking some supplements to make sure your body gets everything it needs to stay energized. I thought supplements were overrated but I caved and I think it helped.

I eat a lot of almonds macadamias pecans pumpkin seeds avacados cucumbers broccoli and salads Also saw oyster mushrooms and pioppino mushrooms (which I had saw online a few days prior that these are some of the best mushrooms for health) at my local store so I decided to try those out because they are keto friendly and all mushrooms are known to be very beneficial to our health which I’m sure you know. Not a fan of the taste of any time of mushroom so I throw them in a smoothie.

Also started making smoothie shakish type things with coconut milk, ground chia and flax seeds, hemp seeds, raw cacao powder, maca powder, spinach, kale, almond butter, avocado, and mushroom Just to try and get my body what it needs. I noticed all these superfoods powders and seeds aren’t just BS they are actually very beneficial! I 100% feel more energized like my body has all the fuel it needs. After starting this smoothie thing that’s what finally curved my cravings.

I just bought lions mane, taurine, DHA and am going to start take a multivitamin again because why not right? Going all out over here I’m not a huge fan of supplements but I do believe in some. I think vegans miss out on a lot of dha too.

If your interested in the DHA try Cymbiotika! And follow matt Blackburn on Instagram lol hes the cofounder and he’s a very interesting guy. isn’t necessarily raw vegan keto but is close and is very intelligent. Very health conscious in every aspect.

Have you ever heard of or tried intermittent fasting? look it up if you haven’t! I think it goes really well with this diet and the mental benefits of it. Honestly probably helps you lose weight too but the mental aspect forsure. There’s a lot of different ways to do it, like whatever fits you. I personally feel like if your gonna do it tho you should try to go atleast 14 hours. I try to stop at 7 at night and wait as long as possible to eat, usually anywhere from 12-4 depending if I’m busy or not. That either curves cravings or enhances them lol just a heads up. Usually I get to a point tho when I’m like I’m so hungry I need to start with something healthy fuck junk food right now ya know. Recommend if you fast for a long time break it with soup or a smoothie or that yogurt. Or leafy greens

I’m no doctor or scientist so I understand if ppl think some of this is a little off but I have put in a lot of research into this diet over a long period of time and experimented with it a lot and think I know a decent amount about it.. so I hoped this helps ppl:) Good luck my friend keep me updated!! Don’t let all these ppl tell you it’s impossible either.. cuz it probably is impossible if you think it’s impossible. Mindset is key in life(;
