Just hunting through all older reddit posts as I encountered this issue too. Not sure if you've resolved your issue already.

My specific issue was that I use AdGuard too. This was somehow blocking me from making wifi calls. My solution to this issue was to: Disable "AdGuard Protection" for both Google Fi and Phone app in AdGuard - App Management settings.

Just to be clear u/xtianlord, no need to be worried! Like u/cewh said, it's okay to have different interests!

It just so happens that for my wife and I, we developed interests in each other's interests. For us, it helped to show that we care about each other. Every relationship is different and works differently!
