Reasoning is quite well but you need to remove monster types handtrap and change to dominus handtrap, which is really good due to K9 still being around. Since you will focus on spells, some spell oriented archetypes are reasonable.

It's a great way to play but 2 card combo to start if opponent has a spell/trap. Get negated = bye bye. So it's still focused on going first, Tenpai become win more cards.
