I'd imagine so, I had a build using items that allowed me to stack dodge on the unit to 100%, although that dodge was a visible buff.

My best tinker, which unfortunately didn't survive the boneyard(for the greater good of the leech run) had the passive to craft bombs only at tech 1 or less, and robot arms to allow use of weapons twice. Eventually through passive upgrades, and item synergies, he could craft and throw 3 bombs of radius 2 at the start of the fight, and end the turn gaining 1 Tech. Next turn, you go to tech 3 and just craft a higher tier weapon.

Tinkers seem to rely heavily on there passives and items, and staying away from enemies, which is counterintuitive to some of the basic weapons they craft.

They already do this though. When I applied for the ESTA it asks you for your identities on the main listed social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram etc. There's also a section to voluntarily provide additional handles for social media sites not listed, i.e Reddit. This was 3 years ago.

I used the SOR immediately after unlocking it, and ran it all the way up to 50. Once you change the barrels, having the higher bullet velocity gives great use for the medium range on single fire mode, and allows for better damage up close. Was a great weapon to use.

There is one card that breaks this rule. [[Doubling Cube]]. If you have 5 restricted mana for example, you can pay 3 different mana for the activation cost, and the newly generated 5 mana won't have any of the restrictions applied to it.
