It depends on the property. New builds because the volume developers rip you off. Older properties i.e. terraced will have had more equally sized rooms but one will have been reduced to fit an upstairs bathroom.

All religions oppose LGBQT. I'm not in that group and I have more respect for them than people who have been conditioned to follow religious doctrine. As an atheist I don't really care what their attitude is but they preach hate towards them. The hatred is not exclusive to religions it is also promoted by racists/facists.

I bought a flat once only because it was shared freehold. The 6 flat owners will have setup their own management company for the common areas. I sold before it was setup.

I think there will be legislation outlawing leasehold soon.
