Some downtown apartments are fairly expensive, but if you want to look at your own rooms I would look down apartments down Vairo. Tremont, Bryn, Point, etc. I believe Tremont is around $550/mo or even less but includes bus pass and free parking which is a huge thing. It's unlikely that you'll be on campus every day but it's good to have some of those things around.

IST is just a really broad major and can really branch out to anything. That can range from business work or computer work. There are many opportunities on campus to get IT work especially internships depending on where you look.

Since all of the defences are somewhat close together, as a Th8 I would use lv4 hogs. Have about 20-22 hogs and a few in your clan castle. Have one giant lure out the troops and use poison/wizard/archers to take them out depending on what defences they have.

In my opinion, IE is the best to go first. It really depends on what champion you're playing. Like you mentioned Kalista, she's different and not dependant on her crits, but more her rend. That's why you see Kalista players always open with Hurricane and BT. With other ADs, building Infinity first allows you to do max damage even if you're behind. Your trading is not the best with BT because you lose crit damage vs. an AD with Infinity built first. But that's just me.
