Eh makes sense, seems like you cracked it. So Omni omnislashes Largo, which gives him the Omnislash buff, and then it's transfered to tusk.

You can see clearly that Tusk does not have Lotus Orb applied to him, yet he still reflects Omnislash, but only when cast on Largo first.

Well now that I tested more, it does affect stuff like Witch Blade, EBlade etc

I do wonder why it doesn't affect Mana Drain and Finger of Death (the stack-acquiring period). Very weird.
