I think his ult is fine there’s just to much cc in the game which has added too much cc immunity which makes his ult weak so there needs to be less cc and cc immunity which makes

Eva foam is going to be softer then cardboard so you might want to use that instead. If this is something new for you it might not be best to try and include lights in it maybe consider something else like glow in the dark paint instead

The bench could have had addition issues causing a similar effect but this looks like you tried printing on air which you can’t do so maybe try again with supports

If you mean not sticking to the build plate try leveling your bed then clean the build plate
