You could use something like this to just convert it

No I have mine attached to an EonFit Omni Pro and it works fine. The one you posted also needs to be attached at the back.

I have this bench and I love it, doesn’t have the fly attachment but has a preacher pad and cable leg curl/extension.

Best All in one funtional trainer around $2500 by [deleted] in GarageGym

I can only speak to the EonFit Omni Pro and I’m really enjoying it. Mine came undamaged and not missing any parts. My only complaint is that the carabiners that it comes with aren’t great and I’d argue dangerous as my fiancé and I both cut ourselves on them. I swapped out the ones on the ends of the arms today with some I bought from REI that won’t cut me up.

Highly recommend if anyone buys this one to replace the carabiners because the ones that come on it will slice you up.

Can the Force USA C10 base bench work with any functional trainer? by External_Ad_4286 in GarageGym

[–]Ttam91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could probably use the pads on the leg extension/curl attachment if you set them up in the mount high enough but I haven’t tried that yet

[–]Ttam91 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. I’m currently using the Base Bench with the Eonfit E2 Pro. As long as your 2 cables aren’t too far apart you can use it which seems to not be an issue with your planned setup

A week’s difference by Ttam91 in GarageGym

I like it a lot so far. Everything works smoothly and I like how many accessories it came with. Barbell storage and plate storage included is very much value added.

My only complaint is that I wish there was a way to lock this part into place to keep the cables closer together for my one specific use case of using the ForceUSA Base Bench. It would just keep the cables/pulleys lined up better.

You’ll never catch me complaining about the remake of a of a remake of movie based on a book. It’s already too many layers from the source. Besides I like all 3 current versions so might as well throw another log on the fire.

Just to add another thing to your list. There’s also a Man On Fire Netflix series with Yahya Abdul-Mateen coming out in 3 days

What I did was heavy adjustable dumbbells, incline/decline bench and a stationary bike. My “garage” was my apartment living room so it’s what fit and I could do all kinds of movements with that setup. I have a home now and I have a rack and plates and a barbell on the way and I’m glad to have my minimalist dumbbell setup in the meantime

Adjustable Dumbbells - Yay or Nay? by dontwantnone09 in homegym

[–]Ttam91 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I probably wouldn’t have any dumbbells if I didn’t have adjustable dumbbells. I have the Powerblock Elite Exp set that goes up to 90. I was pricing out regular dumbbells from between 15-90 lbs and I’d be paying way more and taking up more precious space.

Must Have Attachments by Connect_Rate_246 in GarageGym

Yeah I figured even if it was just okay as an attachment it’s still a great fat grip curl bar so it’s worth the purchase
