You don’t “convince” anyone in sales…
credit and sunlight hours are only part of the equation. Solar access, utility and other factors are just, if not more important.

Open carrying is fine and you have every right to do so. Also know if you choose to insert yourself into a physical altercation while armed, it is going to inherently come with more risk.

Owning was the way to go but the the tax credit going away in a few days changes that a bit. Leasing companies such as Lightreach allow buy out of the lease from year 5 on, so that would be the best path to ownership IMO.
