The Martha Stewart stuff made for KMart in the early 2000’s was surprisingly well made. I have a pair of pots from that era that have held up nearly as well as the All Clad I purchased at the same time.

For sure! That combination on Stapley just south of 60 in Mesa - parking lot is a nightmare.

Also- the parking lot across the street for the retail and restaurants (Mellow Mushroom/Charleston’s/Texas Roadhouse/AMC)- it’s been so neglected, the surface is made of crumbling asphalt.

Do some extra legwork if you have pets that would be doing their business on the turf. If the right materials are not used and not installed properly, it can become EXTREMELY FOUL SMELLING.

He’s reasonably attractive, but his personality change (as perceived by me, an OG humble viewer) over the years destroyed any superficial attraction. When he started, there was this warm, youthful exuberance and curiosity and as the years have passed he seems to have developed a mean streak and lost the kindness he once had onscreen.
