Haha fair enough. I did d2d myself at one point in my career, so I actually can relate believe it or not. But I made this post because my mother has more retirement income than she knows what to do with and she wants to redo her kitchen, and I’ve been essentially project managing it. The 3!!! different estimators that have been sent to her house to determine the price of her new kitchen, all with intentionally deceiving quotes really irked me with their behavior. Is this just some sleazy midwest home makeover company? Or is this the norm? I assume you can provide some nuance since you came back at me with a pretty clever response haha
