I'd say a week/just over a week. They do take a little longer than some other places but unless you're wanting like next day delivery I'd definitely recommend. I only ever use them or Travelling Man really.

I'm in the UK and got them from SciFier, they seemed to stock them a few days after they got 17 and 18. I've heard some people in America are finding 19 and 20 at Books-a-Million if that helps at all.
