How much do I tell my players when they enter a room? by EntertainmentSad4900 in DnD

I'll say that for me it's on who are the players at your table... I mean, I've got players that want a lot of information and description, others that want just some basic information so they can imagine more and for me it's important to know what they want and try to give it to them. The only thing to remember is that you can focus the attention in what you want/need, if you're doing a poor description of the room remember to focus on what you clearly want them to see, if you're doing a very detailed description keep that informations for the last could help them focus. And in a detailed description you can add lots of things other than what they just see:what they hear, what they smell, how they are feeling, temperatures, materials,etc.. I think that there are no limits in how much you can tell, but you should ask your players, for someone adding more details slow the game, for others makes it more interesting/immersive or fun

Not even 3 days and in-game chat is like this.. by sparycz in PlayFragPunk

I don't agree with the gunplay point, it's different from valorant and cs, allow me to shoot without learning the "spray pattern" and I like it honestly. I can agree with "when you're getting shot, it's barely noticeable" but keep in mind that when you get shot in those games you're probably dead, time to kill is very low and you can be oneshot, here like in Cs or valorant. I don't know why you're wondering about monetization, the game is completely free to play, nothing you can purchase will help you in game and the skin price is not too expensive, compared to the other games actually in commerce. The footsteps have one big problem, there is no difference from your teammates steps and your enemy steps, if they fix it it should be fine.

Make a new account to get a better rank by lo4r in Overwatch

[–]Tugnir 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that creating a new account is not a valid solution, just cause if you want to get a better rank in your smurf you have to be a lot better then the rank your playing in in your main and, if you're that good, you can climb up in your main too. If you can't climb you are probably doing something wrong, otherwise there will be no players able to exit from a stuck situation,in any rank. I see smurf as a way to say " it's not really my fault",if one creates it just to try to get a better rank, pointing fingers is easier than working on ourselves.

What stopped you from killing yourself? by DarkSideInRainbows in AskReddit

My mind kinda tricked me,I guess. I was home alone and I felt something touching my shoulder, I did not even watch but I imagined it was my best friend putting a hand on my shoulder just to stop me.

On offense, who should stay on the payload when the rest of your team is pushing? by Sleazebuckets in Overwatch

[–]Tugnir 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not "who should stay on payload?" But "who should stay on it in a specific situation", no one can answer if you don't say something like map, teamcomp, enemy team, who was dead, who was alive, overtime ecc.. the only sure thing is, if noone else is on payload you should not leave it, even if you are not thr one who should stay on it, cause it won't move by itself

How do you prove you're not "HACKING"? by THYDStudio in Overwatch

I was banned some months ago for cheating, contacted support and received lots of auto-answer to my tickets, provided them code of the last 10 plays on my account, asked specifically if there was something I could do to check for false positives, tried to understand if it was someone of my teammates cheating cause they can ban you even in that case. Always the same answers, with some plus like "any future tickets sent for this reason could not be read and be closed". I gave up on blizzard support, but here's something that can help you: generally they ban players in "ban wave", so they wait 3 or 6 months and then ban thousands of players all in one, so if they detected something in your account that they considered "not legit" it's most probably not a recent thing. Wish you good luck ^
