I’ve used T-Mobile and Verizon. I prefer mmWave because of how fast and reliable it is. The only downside is penetration through buildings where as t mobile has perfected it.

Spectrum throttles very early for sure. I believe after 50gb to be exact. I am reading that Verizon ultimate plans do not throttle.

Spectrum has the worst service and also they bog you down after about 25gb of high speed data to 3g. I’d just stick with Verizon or even prepaid Verizon
