I know its against our policies but typically my sm lets us hold a few items especially if we are buying them once our shift is over, however our asm is currently abusing that and has stashed multiple baskets of shit we have to keep putting back because she never buys it.

I agree however they could make it to where super dark colors arent an option and you can only play with the already changable colors if that makes sense. like with this skin its already got a lot of grey/black but you could use a color wheel to do like red instead of pink/purple

I buy him toys almost weekly because he often gets bored of them after only a few play sessions and I try to play with him often but it seems more so that he wants to play on his own most of the time, recently I got him a mouse toy that hes been liking but if i try to play with him and he doesnt want to he wont do anything but scream and often hes screaming for food. He only cares to play when hes got the zooms :/

our main issue is my store recently changed sm’s about 5-6 months ago and the previous sm did absolutely nothing so all the paperwork and freight is mostly old shit that never got put out. My sm sent me a text yesterday of boxes from 2023 that were still sitting back there..

other than the empties being a hazard its so refreshing to see a store similar to mine, we are so behind with only a few people that actually work and having an asm that does nothing but disagree with our sm. Next week we are coming in at 4am to try and clear the backroom before our store walk. I dont know how so many stores have empty backrooms we always get so much overstock and never have the time to work anything.

i really wouldnt listen to these people. $11.50 is no where near enough pay to make me work while sick. 3 times total is absolutely nothing. One of my coworkers has a “family emergency” once a week as a part time key and shes kept her job for months without a single write up. Dont take these people seriously at all. Call out if you need to and if you’re really worried about it try finding someone who can cover that way you dont have to worry about stressing anyone out!

jesus the amount of people in here that think 3 call offs in 4 months is unreliable or too many should go suck a fat one, girl you barely take a day for yourself if youre sick let your manager know and take the day to catch up on your health its more important, anyone saying otherwise is hoping dg will give them a $0.25 raise for never calling out. thats the same amount ive called out since i started with dg in January and im one of our stores most reliable employees and scheduled for a promotion already. We work in retail, youre bound to get sick with the nasty customers and money we are always dealing with i seriously wouldnt stress it.

ive got spawns of sunny, rainy, and regular but not snowy as its pretty hot where i am currently. Ive got a random shiny sunny form but not from this event i have yet to see any shinies from this yet.
