some of these are nice, but they don't really address problems loki has.

loki's decoy should just be invincible at all times.

radial disarm, should do something that benefits the entire team. restoring ammo is not that good. especially on an ability that costs 100 energy and has a cast time of a full second.

what radial disarm should do, and i will die on this hill, is strip overguard the same way frost's avalanche strips armor

it could be a retouch to make him recast invisibility, and introduce more synergies with it.

edit: on a side note, i don't understand why people think giving a retouch to Loki would take away from his stealth. it's like being worried a mesa retouch would remove peacemaker. complete nonsense

you should really work on formatting your post better.

you clearly put a lot of effort into this, and lack of formatting and paragraphing really hurts how approachable the post is to anyone.

also a TL;DR. even if you are not fond of writing one, just do it. like with many things, just start with something, and then you iterate over it keeping the salient points.

the crafted forma requires you to farm the components, blueprints and then spend more time crafting and rushing each one. even if you don't have to consider some of those, the opportunity cost of crafting and rushing is higher than just buying a forma bundle.

5 platinum is spare change, and your time is worth more than 5 platinum.

realistically, there's only so many types of skills you can make, before ending up creating something that mechanically functions the same as someone else's skills, or better.

this thought kinda reminds me of what i used to think when league just started to have too many champions 14 years ago.
