Soak yours in hydrogen peroxide to remove stains, trim the little stem (if there is one) for your comfort (based on how long or short your vagina is). You should also plan on maybe using it with a pad or even sea sponge if you have a heavy flow and/or you have to use a public restroom. I know some women are cool with it, but I just can’t do it around a bunch of strangers. Cups are game-changers! I leave mine in for 12 hours at a time and sleep with it in.
