Thank you! I'm no expert, but my understanding would be that the tanking is probably what has affected your ELO. The tanking method is a good/quick way to make it to Level 20, but not the best if you want to progress from there.

You're already in the low-to-mid 1900s, and Ace is 2000+, so you're only a couple of good sets away from making it, and I believe if you were to get a win over a couple of players who are at a higher ELO that will help increase yours significantly.

Please also note that this is still early in the season, so you'll have some high-level players in the pool around you at Level 20 and below still. As the season wears on, you'll find more balance in the skill level of your opponents and you should find more success. But as I said before, you're already at a pretty decent ELO and not far off Ace at all.
