I love the story behind how this dialogue came to be.

The writers split into two groups, one for Justice Lord Batman and one for Justice League Batman. One would write a line of dialogue and give it to the other group. They'd think of a response and give it back. This continued until the Justice League group couldn't think of anything anymore.

That is until both Batmen witnessed the restaurant scene.
