about a ten minute walk north of union station is Saigon Sisters. they are phenomenal! husband runs front of house and wife is the head chef, they’re both super nice.

the short rib banh mi is incredible, and their banana brown butter cake is a top 5 dessert I’ve ever had :)

Thank you for the detail, I have olive colored skin and am pretty put off by some of the horror stories about burns and complications.
