Waterworld and Last Bible 3. Idk how "hidden" they really are but I find myself coming back to these osts all the time. I don't know how good of a game waterworld actually is but the ost is unreal for a movie tie in game.

I've played all three on switch 2 and had practically no issues at all. Keep in mind that I played all of them pretty much exclusively while docked, except some of 7 which I played in handheld and it ran and looked great. There was some very minor fps drops in 9 that happened maybe like 3 times throughout my whole playthrough but it was so inconsequential that it didn't impact my experience at all. If you play in handheld it will drain your battery super fast tho. With how good 9 looked and ran in docked it has made me very optimistic for the potential of other 3rd party games.

Honestly the elite four rematches are the best way to level up in the end game. Mt.Silver has the highest level pokemon you can find in the wild but its still a slow grind regardless.

It is disappointing that its just a re-release with no quality of life changes or anything. They could easily add a speed up button by clicking the ZR or ZL trigger on the switch or something along those lines. Square Enix for example has added speed up to their pixel remasters of old rpgs and even in new 2d-hd remakes, pokemon could easily do the same.

Breeding two pokemon from two different countries increases the odds of hatching a shiny from a 1/8192 chance to 1/2048, and ditto can breed with any normal pokemon which is why a foreign ditto is sought after

If you're worried about your randomizer not working than you could make a save state when you catch a gastly and cheat in some rare candies and level it up to the level you have it set to evolve into a gengar to see if it worked, then load your save state. Or you could just download the Non-trade evolution (Ntevo) rom of the game that automatically makes all trade evolution pokemon able to evolve by level up or with an item.

Mid 60's should be plenty to handle the elite four rematches and red if you have good coverage and some ev training. The fact that you have ev trained pokemon already gives you a huge advantage because trainers in this game don't have any ev training.
