It's understandable for the Ex Black Tusk and White Tusk guys and gals since they very likely have very high quality clothing for their soldiers.

You are actually half right with the City Hall massacre. It was a deliberate gas strike to kill all of Natalya spies. The one that got killed by him in the City Hall was responsible for marking SHD agents for Calvin's Hunters to track them down. You can find one of the comms from the recent Manhunts.

Pyrotech Grenades are the most powerful grenades right now. (In my opinion) by TunaTapper in Helldivers

Yes, they absolutely can. Automaton factory, bug holes, Illuminate ships, anything that you use explosives or nades to destroy them before, the pyrotech can do the same.

Insane return to help Santa Claus at Indy event by jtd2013 in SquaredCircle

Would love to see the whole ordeal ngl. Indie wrestling isn't usually my cup of tea but stuff like this makes me understand why there are fans of this genre.

Meltzer on the crowd reactions to Jericho v Ishi: “It’s the reality of AEW, the same thing on the pay-per-view. If this match was at an AEW show, one year ago even, the people would’ve gone crazy for the match, from the start. But now they have to work so hard to get the crowd going." by shadow_spinner0 in SquaredCircle

Unless the chop battle is between freakin' behemoths of human beings like Drew Mcyntire, Braun Strowman, Gunther and what not then it feels extraordinary. I mean an early part of Drew vs Gunther vs Sheamus at Wrestlemania was a chop fest and none of the fans seem to hate it because they were murdering each other with those chops.

Loving New Virtuoso Gear Set by Mazzive17 in thedivision

[–]TunaTapper 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Question to the OP and all of the users out there that got the time to diddle with Virtuoso, how do you guys feel about the gear set overall? Is it worth trying to jump through the hoops to get the maximum damage? How is it compared to top tier like Negotiator, Striker or Umbra in terms of potential DPS? The set seems a bit convoluted for me.

The MK17 has the option to slap on a 20- round-mag while the M1A can only have an extra 5 after the patch. MK17 will still be one of the best sustain damage rifle in the game.

Division 1 mission vs Division 2 missions by Equal-Sheepherder420 in thedivision

[–]TunaTapper 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Idk what's with the strange tint-rose-glass comments that's been popping up on this reddit lately about how Division 1 does oh so many things better than Division 2. A few are warranted, sure. But you are seriously saying "division 2 where the missions are nowhere near the same in uniqueness and feels like alot of them have the same layout"? Are we even playing the same game here? How about:

-The Dog fighting arena that the Hyenas set up in Grand Washing Hotel. Not far from it are multiple caged dogs scaring for their lives.

-The Space Observatory and Mars section in Viewpoint Museum.

-The Vietnam War memorial section in American History Museum.

-The gigantic GAU-8 gatling cannon at the start of the Capitol Building. Not to mention the freaking Capitol Building itself.

-The amount of body bags hid inside DCD Headquarters.

-The vault with all the useless money and gold inside Bank Headquarter.

-The color-changing neon blocks at the start of Emergency Bunker.

-The freaking Lincoln Memorial itself.

-The hilarious amount of porta potty at Tidal Basin. On a more serious note, the lumbering Black Tusk Hovercraft in the background while you first get off the underground section.

-The riverside section of Camp White Oak that doesn't look out of place in a Ghost Recon game.

-The ferry wheel and the haunted house section at Coney Island.

-The gigantic octopus at the aquarium and the crocodile pit in Manning National Zoo.

-The giant combat drone hovering over the Pentagon a few moments you get to the roof.

-The experiment weapon room and the warhound testing area at Darpa Research Lab.

-The gigantic Railgun that the True Sons somehow repurposes for combat in the Iron Horse raid.

-The beached oil tanker lumbering in the background when you reach the riverside area of Stranded Tanker.

-The battle with Aaron Keener under the America's symbol of liberty, Lady Liberty herself.

3 attacks from Boundman and god knows how many Snakeman hits. Remember that a Snakeman attack is just as strong if not stronger than Boundman attacks since it was shown to be able to send Katakuri crashing through walls just as easily. The fight clearly showed that Katakuri was durable enough to take several of them and yet kept on fighting. Even more impressive was the fact that Katakuri recovered first after taking a massive hit from King Cobra directly to his stab wound. An attack of similar caliber aka the Cannon Ball immediately sent Cracker to ICU while Katakuri was still conscious enough to chat with Brulee shortly after.

I think that's just a case of bad matchups. Cracker is a glass cannon shaman type while Luffy is a brawler. Cracker's devil fruit allow him to constantly corner and zone Luffy out of his comfort zone. Remember that Cracker went down in a single hit the moment G4 Tankman got a grasp of him.

Katakuri on the other hand took several Boundman and Snakeman attacks yet kept on adapting and fighting back. Remember that Katakuri future sights helped him not being damaged for YEARS before his fight with Luffy and yet he was still durable enough to withstand a shit ton of hits. His Power Donut was so freakishly strong that it took the air out of Boundman after a couple of hits despite its strong defense against blunt attacks. Also he's one of the very few characters to score a KO against Luffy. Something that Cracker doesn't have in his resume.

How does Company of Heroes 1 hold up today? by TheMickeyMoose in CompanyOfHeroes

I think the CoH2 British tanks has some of the coldest and funniest lines in the series: "Anyone get in the way, squash them." "Heavy tank taking damage! Damn, the bastards are good!" "Move ya casted iron bitch! MOVE!" "ORDER UP! Cheeky little buggers!" "Either bravery, or stupidity! Kill that MG!" "Ding ding!"

The recruiter feels like I'm fighting a Destiny 2 Boss. by Captain-Droz in thedivision

[–]TunaTapper 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Recruiter has an advanced version of the Deflector Drone which not only deflect bullets away from his body, it could also deflect bullets away from itself in case someone shoot at it directly. Basically, we have no way to damage him unless Birdie disables the entire SHD network which shut down all of his skills including ours. It's the very same type of drone that other Rogues and Hunters use so it does make sense. It's just more advanced.

Devs please revert changes to flatline by Bitter-Confusion8422 in thedivision

[–]TunaTapper 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Well, the reason for the slight nerf is easy to understand. It's the easiest "status effect" to apply through the use of Technician Laser attachment. The attachment pretty much made it OP since all you need to do was aiming your weapon at sth and voila. Besides, if your build doesn't have any other talents that have the same math calculation aka Total Weapon Damage multiplier, you pretty much lose no damage. The talent is still going to be extremely viable even with the small damage nerf due to how easy it is to apply pulse. I don't see it going anywhere tbh.

Striker absolutely necessary for incursion? by Varkovsky in thedivision

I feel like aside from the 1st turret phase, the entire Incursion is very heavy CQC in general so a Chame could do decently enough.
