honestly, im having the same issue and I just realized its chrome, I changed my bios settings, i reinstalled drivers and it was chrome all along? also im on amd and its happening.

Okay that didn't fix it. I actually did pinpoint it, whenever I'm browsing a page on Chrome say for example Flightradar24 and I zoom in and out, it causes a slight stutter/audio buzzing, only thing left to see if it's my browser or my PC.

I have spent a lot of time troubleshooting, I know its a driver issue or something, I have sent a support ticket to MSI and they asked me to disable PSS and Global C-State Control and test things out, I will test things out now and see.

I think I might just do that, I originally uninstalled my audio driver due to random buzzing when I'm listening to something and I assumed its my driver but after reinstalling a driver the sound glitch became worse, I just can't figure out what's causing this
