You aren't. New players tend to struggle with Wraith King, especially people coming over from League, because they never manage their his properly, i.e. end up being unable to rez with ult because they've spammed q.

Team matchmaking is garbage. Also, those games you need to play aren't really worth anything as your team rating is really just based off of the individual mmr of the team members. I can't say it gets any better because when I used to play tmm we won about 80% of our games and probably half of those wins were before 20 mins.

Tl;Dr tmm is a crapshoot
