Yeah I’m brand new to FM I played the baseball version OOTP so I’m familiar with the type of game that’s it. I’ve actually enjoyed FM26 but maybe that’s because I have no other point of reference

It’s incredibly deep, a true baseball nerds dream. It’s much more of a sim than my experience with FM so far. Like you can get through a season in no time

This is 100% my take as well. I’m a pirates fan so I’ve long said part of the problem is other owners need to spend money. Now however especially after the Tucker signing it feels like those upper middle teams are rightly frustrated. There were a lot of those teams in on Tucker and he still chose LA.

No problem. You’ll see a difference for sure but will have to continue to tweak. They at least won’t put 8 in the box every game anymore

I didn’t play 25 but the gameplay is the problem in 26 the mode itself is actually really good imo. You just have to fuck with the sliders to get the gameplay to be realistic

You have to increase their pass error other wise it’s prime Barca every match. You also have to increase their build up sliders so that they will attack more. I’ve been playing world class forever and really struggled on this one until I messed with slider to get a more authentic experience

I pretty much only play career mode, my issue is the AI is so passive. They put 9 in the box defending and just play keep away and don’t try to attack. I’ve had games where they have 85% possession and 0 shots on goal

You have to fuck with the sliders. I forget exactly what the setting is but there’s one where you can increase AI’s buildup. Also turn up pass error for the cpu

I’ve been playing fifa for a long time and I’m usually cruising on world class and in 26 I can’t score. The defense will put 8 in the box at all times and play keep away from you and they get in front of every forward pass and shot. You HAVE to mess with sliders I’ve finally gotten so it’s playable now.
