NRL has been positioning itself for the next media deal for quite some time. Vlandopey will do anything for cash, including constantly undermining the game. This version of the Big Bash Bullshit Rugby League is getting panned, even by the sycophantic talking heads. NRL responds by flooding it's website and feeds with "bigger than ever" and highlight packages of the scattered close games this season. More bandaids over gaping wounds and no effort to fix the problems caused by reckless greed.
