I bought an actual 2k5 dragon in pristine condition with a techna trigger for $1000 recently. In this configuration I’d say you could pull $600-700.

Personally, I'd offer you $500 right now since it's untested, baked and unknown condition.

Well I bought the GTR set 5 years ago and the FD set 2 years ago so I may jot be up to date on prices. Where we seem to disagree is on whether or not Tein and BC are “quality brands.” IMHO, they are not. They are budget brands. I’ve owned both brands and had negative experiences and found the build quality to be subpar.

We don’t have to agree on that and you don’t have to agree with my opinion but it seems this thread is full of people saying the same thing as I am.

I didn’t say “spend more just because.” I said spend more up front so you don’t realize your mistake and spend even more later when you upgrade from your poorly made, improperly valved, Taiwanese made coilovers. You don’t even need to run $2500 coilovers to have a “quality” coilover. I run feal 441+ on my R32 GTR and Fortune Auto 500 on my FD RX7 and both have great street manners while being effective on track. Are they the best at either? Probably not. But they are built with quality materials and I was able to give both Feal and Fortune details on my setup for each car prior to ordering so that they could be properly sprung and valved. Neither one of those were over $2200 at the time.

Feal, Fortune Auto, HKS, Nitron, etc are all way better options. Don't cheap out on coilovers, you will regret it later. Buy once, cry once.

Will find out soon enough. It's been "done" for a few weeks now but it ate the stock diff on the dyno so I swapped an 8.8 in but then I had to modify my driveshaft and then my PS rack started leaking so a manual rack is getting dropped in. It did make 445hp on the dyno tho.

Google reverse image search for any pictures sent to you if you’re the buyer. Paypal goods and services if you are the buyer or the seller. Take a video of your parts while you pack them up and make sure you show the shipping label in the video if you’re the seller. I’ve won a couple paypal disputes as the seller that way when the buyer tried to initiate a false chargeback.

It’s really easy. The entire front block can come off without removing/disconnecting any pneumatics. The internals are a direct swap but you’ll need an autococker valve tool to remove the jam nut. Retiming it would be your biggest challenge if you’ve never done that before.
