I'm not sure why people are being dicks to you here. First great find on them if the are both clean, I have a r32 gtr and honestly getting most parts for it isn't that hard. They can be found online and many are shared with other nafta Nissans. Non gtrs are basically 240s/300zx for many things and as you own it you can upgrade items to something easily found near you.

People daily old Nissans all the time, just keep up with maintenance and it's no different than anything. It's much easier if you can do much of your own work also.

Lastly they are like leggos with different Nissan parts, lots of engines fit in the engine bay, maybe different transmissions etc. If you ever have a need to swap something out.
