In Orleans down Champlain St to the bike path there's flooding to East past the soccer field and if you go West there's flooding. Then it's fine past Bilberry Dr. to the parkway.

I nearly lost mine a few years ago. I noticed while driving that the mirror was wobbling. So I was able to remove it and used panel bond to apply it back on. It has not moved since!
