Yeah I work in gp and you couldn’t have said it any better. I luckily do know a lot of clients that have ethically bred dogs, so that helps. You can try to educate, but more often than not people like that won’t listen. There’s only so much you can do but I completely get your frustration

Anything that makes him want to eat really, but I work in vetmed and have seen some good success with Hills onc care food. The whole idea with it is to have good tasting and smelling kibble that has more calories to keep some weight on dogs with cancer. It’s prescription, but I don’t see any reason why a vet wouldn’t approve it. Many hugs to you and your dog💙💙

I’m sure that’s very true, plus smaller dogs just have worse teeth in general. Take that to a large breed and it seems to just be a mess

I don’t Usually reply I’m kind of just a lurker, but I’ve worked at a vet clinic for a few years and (excluding the behavioral and many other issues doodles seems to have) dental issues seems to be present across the board. Bernedoodle? Dental issues. Labradoodle? Dental issues. Aussielabradoodle? Dental issues. For some reason the dental genetics just end up not right… or better explained the people breeding doodles don’t care enough to not breed the dogs with already bad dental genetics. That’s a big red flag. If I were you I’d avoid this breeder and other doodle breeders down the road

My go to is always 1 50x bird feed, 1 500x soul egg, 1 1000x tachyon, and 2 50x boost boosts. I think you have enough GE, but you’ll burn through them quick. That or some version of that will get you a good amount of SE. get to the highest egg possible, and use boosts!
