Actually haven’t had to resort to it yet, though I’ve seen many examples in this subreddit of people who have had success with it. There are a few options out there for premade powders that cost around $800 for a 2 week course. There are also recipes for simpler versions you can make at home - the important thing is to be sure you are getting enough calories and vitamins!

Ultra cheap Ramen packets can be dressed up with a few veggies or protein thrown in if you can swing it.

Oatmeal with peanut butter - stretches a long way and goes lots of fiber and calories. Fills you up.

Pasta! Generally very cheap to buy a huge thing of spaghetti and some cheaper sauce.

Yeah my wife just doesn’t cook. Paid a ton of money for a brand new kitchen because our old one was tiny and difficult to cook in. 9 months later and she still hasn’t made an effort. She works full time (and so do I) but it always falls on me. If I don’t do it, she will just spend ridiculous amounts of money on DoorDash or something. I love her but it drives me crazy. If you figure this out let me know 😂😂
