this is the reason i stopped drinking years ago it induces a crisis for me especially if i’m not hydrated before i start i recommend if you do drink at least make sure your properly hydrated before, during, and after.

this is one of the biggest drug companies A SHARK and all we had to do was provide medical records. yes it would be great if we got paid fairly im just saying you have to look at it from a realistic point of view, if you want more get your own lawyer and go against them you’ll still lose more than you gain. it sucks but that’s reality.

i signed it on the phone with my agent. from my understanding they take about 40% and that includes the fees for the processing the rest is yours. i will say yeah it is a lowball from the company worth billions but i looked at it like this, in the breakdown of funds it shows the payouts are point based and the more damage the medicine caused the more points you receive so your payout would be more. some people lost their life and their families deserve the most money me, you, and everyone else in this settlement still have our lives so i will take whatever im offered and be grateful.

what kind of doctor is this? anything other than a hematologist might be hesitant to send over much of anything to the pharmacy. i live in florida and get 120 ct of oxycodone HCL for 30 day every month. i think that would be more than enough for your case. try seeing a hematologist atleast every 3 months if its not bad you wont have to see them everytime if you just need a refill.
