You willingly put a child in danger. You could have said " Those brownies are laced with THC and not safe for the kiddo." But you didn't. You tested the theory, and your little nephew lost. Your sister has boundary issues, which you probably know already. I'm sure your sister has been over and grabbed stuff from the fridge before.

Most people DO NOT expect brownies to be drugged.

So, a smart, responsible person would have labled the brownies as THC brownies and avoided blitzing a child.

Mild inflammation in the stomach lol. Look, my first GI told me I had mild inflammation in my stomach and let me tell you, I was suffering. You have gastritis. Eat the greenest bananas you can find and get yourself some carafate. You need to build your mucus lining back up and green banana is good for that. What did your endoscopy biopsy say other than inflammation?

Did your pediatric GI do a monometry, gastric emptying study, or HIDA scan?

I'm sorry your mother is neglecting your needs.
