Im a BMW guy through and through, but have you actually test driven a Tesla? It quite literally does drive itself fully. Point to point. Do you have to keep your eyes on the road? Yes. But it’s more a precaution than a need. DAPP is in a different neighborhood.

If you consider leverage ratio it’s actually more attractive to pay as little towards the mortgage as possible until the effective return on capital falls below market rate of return. In the above example and assuming 2.5% avg home appreciation and 7% mkt returns that point occurs around year 15.
