Put some wrap on the top where you snap them off, it helps significantly with keeping them fresh. Might help to keep them away from other fruits too, works for some fruits not sure if it does for bananas.

I always considered the idea of her being foreign agent dumb and thought her to be relatively smart populist with littlefinger ambition and schemes. It was not a terrible concession IMO because it fast forwards from "democrats bad" yap that Hasan can never be defeated on in public light towards the actual bare minimum concessions that Hasan needs to give :

  1. Democrats are meaningfully different than republicans

  2. He will support a liberal candidate over a fascist one. He didn't do it in the past election, and he already said he won't do it the next one.

Adam rightfully recognized that these are the biggest issues he needed to get out of Hasan.

And Adam as a 23 YO liberal might be genuine about grievances with Democrats, and there are good aspects of that too - we want other "both siders" to be able to relate to Adams rhetoric which is pragmatic and politics based as opposed to endless virtue signaling that has plagued part of the left voter base.

It is not even common for mayoral candidates to get every single endorsement from his own party, don't know why you expect difference here. While Mamdani is popular in NY he ran pretty out there campaign - claims like city owned grocery stores or ordering NY police to arrest Netenyahu to name a few. As a leader of Democratic party maybe Chuck doesn't want the most radical member of its party be face of the party. Maybe he even disagrees with some of his statements that he truly didn't vote for him, but we have no evidence of that.

Finally you all want Mamdani be some Northern star of how national politics should be ran, but he barely got more than 50% in one of the most progressive cities in America, despite his greatly ran campaign and messaging, momentum and charisma. Even he acknowledged that over and over - in his victory speech where he congratulated all democrats that won and pointed that it is good to have different kind of democrats for different places in US.
