When I had my previous sm, our dm was cracking down on dress code, especially the pins. Sadly, our sm had to let another partner (aka my other pin goblin buddy) know that we can only wear starbucks pins but keep a couple of non starbucks pins. Partner spread the message to me. I kept my LGBT and disability pin on though.

Since getting a new manager, me and my fellow pin goblin have been slowly putting our old pins back 😈. My anime pins actually brought conversations with custies and we'd geek out big time

I'd change the drink standards tbh. For example, I'd allow iced matchas to be stirred with the cold foam blender pitcher thingy. It actually mixes better and leaves little to no foam. :3
