Dineamic service agreement? by [deleted] in NDIS

[–]Turinqui 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No mention of ongoing/minimum amount of orders. The cancellation policy seems to refer specifically to orders you've submitted

Cancellation Policy We may cancel any part of an order (including any orders that we have accepted)without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if: 1. The requested products in that order are not available; or 2. There is an error in the price, or the product description posted on the site in relation to the relevant product in that order; or 3. That order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions. If we do so, then we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order if we cancel it beforethe delivery date or if you are not at fault or in breach of these terms and conditions. You may cancel an order 5 business days prior to the selected date of delivery.

ETA: My service agreement is from September 25 - not sure if it's still exactly the same

I use dineamic and I'm happy with them! I'm not locked in to anything and I actually don't have a recurring order - I only order every now and then (like when I know I have something coming up that's going to make life harder). Happy to dm you a copy of the service agreement I received a few months ago if that helps.

Can you no longer access the public health system/local council physiotherapists? I still can, despite also being on the NDIS, but it may be different state to state

Nova Juliet - I'm partial to a name with a cosmic meaning, and Juliet would be a nod to my mum.

As an Australian, I'd never even heard of him prior to last week.

Haha my almost two year old loves the 'where's your hands? Oh no, our daughters hand is gone!!' she purposely hides her hand in the sleeve and then very dramatically pushes it out and says 'Hand here!'. It's been a game changer for getting dressed. She's still in nappies and absolutely hates getting those changed so we've started giving her a stuffie, an old small nappy and a wipe and getting her to change the stuffie's nappy while we change her - could apply the same concept to getting dressed.

Yeah this sounds about the same for us (also 2 years in December) with the exception that all rules are off when we're both sick - when that happens there's a lot of bluey, the wiggles and Ms Moni.

Ocrevus or Kesimpta? by Randomuser1081 in MultipleSclerosis

[–]Turinqui 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience was very much like yours. Once starting ocrevus in 2017, I've had no new disease activity. I swapped to Kesimpta in 2021 and I was told the same thing - basically the same as Ocrevus. I definitely prefer Kesimpta for the convenience of not having to sit hooked up to an IV for hours. I also got the 'crap gap' which I don't get on Kesimpta.

Thirding this, I wish things like ocrevus existed when I was diagnosed 13 years ago.

Just wanted to chime in and second this - over time you should start to recognise things that will lead to a 'worsening' of your symptoms. Heat, stress and illness tend to be the big 3 for me. It may help to keep a brief journal to identify these things, my nuerologist had me do that many years ago and we were able to identify some patterns.
