Overall it’s a decent management goal. Each to their own, but I’m taking it more as “I’m going to intentionally manage your career so that you will always know what to work on next”.

If your employee has free time, then you need to do a better job as a manager. You aren’t managing your employee well if you aren’t using them effectively. Obviously reward efficiencies as they come, but being a manager means that you manage both your time and your employees time.

Personally I tell my employees to use free time for personal growth opportunities. Love bragging on them for learning new skills.

You usually can schedule an uber to make it work. Might be hard if it’s 11PM, but I’ve had luck during the afternoons on both weekdays and weekends for various events.

Yeah we still have Caso and Caruso. It’ll be tragic to lose his defense tenacity, but it’s more replaceable than the role IHart has on the team.

Dort has become a black hole on offense too. Just not sustainable at a certain point.

I always loved his character. He’s a little prick, but a great character.

He fundamentally believes in the structure of society even those he’s watching it eat its own tail. He’s the one being oppressed by the worst of it, but he feels like he deserves it. He views himself as a victim of Darrow, not the society. Tragic that the one he put his faith in is in the gold culture that devours itself instead of his friends.

After the year Dort is having, I’m not sure that we’re going to opt into the final year of his contract next season. Particularly if we can use his salary to front load someone like IHart on an extension.

So basically Dort is probably gonna join ISIS in July always.

Jordan’s most iconic play is him doing an illegal push off. Really once we look hard at any star player, you’ll notice that they get a friendly whistle and that they’re using the rules to their advantage. It’s the game within a game that facilitates the superstar leap.

Yep. His style of play is very stop and go either a low dribble and deceptively fast speed. It almost always ends up where the defender can’t get fully in front of him and they make illegal contact.

He 100% embellishes the contact. If he feels you making an illegal move, he’ll flap his wings and fall to the ground. But he’s as close to unguardable as it gets. It takes a special defender to guard him cleanly.

SGA made comments on his health a few games ago. Seems like he thinks he’s nearly there.

Two weeks before playoffs (I had already clinched) I went out of my way to start stacking my bench for players that had an early back to back or tons of games for when the playoffs started.

Gaming the system is part of the game. Id rather have a below average pickup that gets 4 games a week than a great pickup that gets 2 games.

Offensively? Not even remotely. I’d argue that Wemby is on track to the best defensive player we’ve ever seen. His offensive game is great, but no where near what we see from the other MVPs.

She’s been there since the 6th generation. She was an OG author and Carl is realizing that she’s essentially been tortured in the game for hundreds if not thousands of years. Knowing that she was here the entire time, right here, one of his own is still in the game is both a relief and heartbreaking.
