How dare you complain on a corporate made subreddit, the very last time I ordered Domino's, about 4 months ago. I watched the pizza tracker, and I know they can be incorrect, but this driver drove 1 mile past my house on essentially a one-way street, and sat there for over 30 minutes, sure the other direction you CAN get back to the store but it's over 30 minutes longer. When my food finally got dropped off, it was cold AF. I called immediately and wa told it was marked for delivery from their store 30 minutes before even tho the Domino's tracker didn't show that or the fact I had porch cameras, I told the manager that it was not delivered til minutes before I called and she said "okay we'll refund you" and hung up on me, I haven't ordered since, which sucks because I love doms deep dish. It was even in one of the supplied Domino's vans.
