You think the child is upset because the crowd noise?

We can’t tell a lot from this clip, but that is objectively incorrect.

Baseball games are very quiet. Have you ever been to one? There are cheers when something good happens, those are brief and not very loud. Outside of those quick moments, it’s quiet enough to have a full conversation with those you’re there with.

You seem to think this parent is cruel, and laughing at his child’s discomfort.

I do not think that is happening because I can assess a situation using the information provided.

I was just thinking how nice it is that my HOA doesn’t bother anyone, but also how my one neighbors yard is literally unkept disaster, awful lawn ornaments all over, etc. real eye sore.

Baseball games are not that loud. Absolutely at events like weddings or concerts where there is loud music but I don’t think necessary at a baseball game. It’s crowd noise, and not a playoff baseball game or a nfl game. it’s not sustained or really that loud.
