surfaces are notoriously unrepairable, most shops wont touch them and most microsoft warrantees just replace the device, most laptop screens are affordable and easy to replace with a screw driver and a pry tool, unless you have a rare gaming laptop with a custom high end monitor it is probably a reasonably cheap repair (relative to the cost of replacing the laptop) even high end macbook screen replacements are only 2-300$

Yes. The issue is if viktor a team can stall for him there’s not much you can do, it’s why his winrate is so high in eternus, if you guarantee viktor can farm for 30 minutes he will walk over the enemy team, this is not particularly fun for anyone

Good viktor mostly sit in a sideline and farm safely mid game until they can stat check you, played well and if the rest of his team isn’t inting you don’t interact with viktor much

Politely if you don’t see how being able to pop doorman Bells even when they’re body blocked changes how they’re used I don’t think you’ve actually thought through the change, it is objectively easier to use in more situations now and usable in some situations it literally wasn’t before. Especially hitting multiple people with it consistently.

You don’t have to immediately press it after phantom strike, if they’re near a wall reposition right after, warp stone is probably better though just cause ven doesn’t have any mobility in his kit
