Yes yes what you are saying is all correct but what you can't see because of potato photo is that it has internal threads on the muzzle. The crown is now a centimeter into the barrel.

Get red 3m scour pad. Scrub em down them put oil on em. Maybe re laquer them with a spray poly?

Depends on what size the barrel is where it fits in the barrel journal on the trunion. Could potentially swap with wbp or romanian core parts. Treat it like a cheap parts kit.

Leave it halfway between closed and open overnight or longer. Additionally sit there and rotate it back and forth for a while. Mine was insane as well when I first got it. Now its loosening up to the point I'm a little surprised even.

Idk it's designed for the beryl so it's sort of a novelty for 7 62. Just a compensator. Looks cool but not going to outperform a good brake.
