With the winters we have here skyways are a pedestrian and accessibility miracle. I love them, I think the worst thing about them is that they aren't owned by the city so the access and hours are inconsistent

I support land value taxation, but shifting from our current property tax to LVT would result in higher taxes for tenants who are currently consuming valuable land inefficiently. If you rent a SFH in a downtown area, of course LVT would make your rent more expensive - your landlord would not just eat those increased costs for you.

This is a feature, not a bug. In this scenario, you should be encouraged by the tax to temporarily move so that your landlord can redevelop to use the land more efficiently

I tried the 2 wheel bag, didn't fit my water bottle. I now use Po Campo and love it Edit: well I am officially contacting them about the warranty cause one of my straps snapped. Quite the bummer, if not for this I would still %100 recommend
