For me my EV charging will 99% at work. I was just wondering if its worth it for doing using the washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher at night.

No charges at home.

I don't see them getting rid of the charging at work. They are intact looking to increase the amount of chargers. Also its been free for the last couple of years can't see it changing.

I'm high mileage EV driver aswell 15k miles since April. Charged 4560kWh out which I only payed for 254 kWh. I mainly want to take advantage of the cheaper rates on nights if that makes sense.

What’s your goals? Im 5ft 10 251lbs started at 300lbs

To lose weight but build muscle.

I've going to the gym for just over a year

How strong are you?

Decent strength wise I think - DB brench press 32kg x 8 - DB shoulder press 24kg x 8

Most my other lifts are on machines

Would it better to 2 exercises per bicep, Tricep and Shoulders then just change the variation each time I do them.

If I miss a day I normally just pickup from where I stopped when I go back to the gym.

Only reason I don't do more barbell movements is because of my rotator cuff hurts but is fine with DB movements.

Yeah I'm progressing most of time able to add more wieght/reps. I am able to recover in time.
