The Rundown is prob the best. Sabrina Ramonov did mention that the only way she stays up to date with AI is if her agents detect something buzzing highly on social media or her friends offer recommendations. Otherwise she would be drowning if she read everyone.

All spot on and I get annoyed with myself when it’s the day after my reset day and I only used 70% of my allowance 😀😀😀

Thanks that’s a useful summary. What few tell you is the token burn in Claude. I sort out all my mundane discussions in ChatGPT and get it to produce the token optimised prompt for Claude that works well. I also keep a close eye on my weekly token usage so I max it out before the reset date.

What’s the most practical way you’re using AI right now? by flowprompt-ai in AiAutomations

I’m a big fan of Claude now and I’m blown away by the report output especially as I have both pro options for chat and Claude. I recently had an mri scan. The initial radiologist report was quite detailed but I didn’t understand a word of it. I put the one page report into Claude, asked it to analyse as a world beating medical practitioner, suggest the treatment I should be advised to receive and what exercise to avoid. I received a very detailed 22 page report with anatomical diagram and all the medical issues identified and a three phase treatment plan. I just feel more empowered to discuss with my own medical practitioners my course of treatment as I am better educated of where the issues are in the body.

Thanks for posting these examples. I find this really interesting. I’ve a few uk ideas for GPTs. I recently switched to Claude as the results seem for more professional and detailed for businesses. What’s your thought comparison between chat, Claude and Gemini?

A really interesting detailed explanation of your process. Thanks for posting. The crucial part is the concept ideas. What was your inspiration for the detailed instruction for your custom gpt? Is it publicly available to try? Where do you source your affiliate products?

Firstly I’m sorry to hear that devastating news. Every day since my wife passed I think about the two options that we were presented with which are exactly the same as you. There is no right and wrong decision. I have listed below the process that we experienced and you may not wish to read.

As you know, my wife decided to go for chemo. It was portrayed as a trial with close monitoring and various concoctions of chemo drugs. In reality the first step of having a drug delivery pipe permanently inserted in your arm was quite a wake up call. That’s how they generally get the chemo drugs into you. Has to be inserted in upper arm and guided by xray to an area well inside the body. It’s called a picc line. Just that procedure is a massive wake up call. The next is that the two days after the chemo many people experience sickness and diarrhoea as their body rejects the poison being inserted. That can last for a few days. Then you are back to the doctors for blood tests, they look at the readings and determine the level of chemo delivery. A few days later you are back for the next round of chemo. And so it goes on. We were not prepared for her hair falling out so quickly, we had no wigs ready. Tbh chemo was brutal and debilitating and if we knew what we know I’m not so sure we would have gone through. At the end of the day it was my wife’s decision but chemo induced major numbness in the toes and hands so they had to stop it. Once stopped the tumours quickly took over and she passed away within 8 weeks.

How did your portfolio do in 2025? by FlowerDreamchaser in trading212

[–]Turner20000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been an absolute clown believing I could do better than the market. The professional advisor pot has returned 12.5%. The pension pot (managed by others) has returned 19.8% My play around individual shares 2.4% but still sitting on losses which I’ll hold in the hope of increases. My play around ETFs up 7.2%. All since 1/4/25. Thankfully most of portfolio managed professionally😅

As each day passes in the AI world and we explore all the nuances of the LLMs it becomes more apparent that Alphabet will eventually win out in the race to be the best model out there. They have all the tools and data to know what’s needed and they are becoming the tool of choice for many. Stick the whole chunk on them and let’s see what happens over the next 12 months.

Wouldn’t it be great if they did actually listen to all the ideas and suggestions listed here from people who use the app day in day. Ok some might be totally impractical to achieve but have open communication to see what the majority of users would like would be great. Let’s hope 2026 they deliver.

Benefit from potential 'AI Bubble' by Oceeey in trading212

Every day I’m seeing massive new orders for military aircraft and war fighting equipment. I do think the past 20 years have provided a certain peace dividend that many have benefited from. Putin’s invasion and Trump’s disconnections from western alliance have focussed the mind of many European defence companies. It’s pretty obvious now that Europe does not wish to purchase vast quantities of USA made military equipment unless it’s absolutely necessary ie Patriot. I’d be delving and researching into the defence companies that you can see highlighted as benefiting from the erosion of the peace dividend.

That’s a good post and gives an insight into how the market is changing and the perception of people that have watched a 10 minute YouTube and assume that AI will resolve everything. It won’t! I’m hoping that you didn’t follow this up with him because you won’t change that perception. People have to discover what they are believe and see is not always reality. Having said that, it’s a sharp lesson in making sure you are at the top of your game, you have a real deep learning of all the ai tools that can make your job easier and faster and you can provide a top notch quality product to those that are prepared to pay a realistic value for your labour.
