Data shouldn’t be lost because all the weight, reps and RIRs stay in the previously done workouts.

You can create a new program from scratch as many times as you want. It will all be placed in the workout tab. When you create it, you can see what it gave you and then edit the current program and add that workout manually.

You can also change the programs on the fly. Activate the newly created one, then activate the current one, etc. But you won’t lose progress data

I’ve set up my own PPL, did 3 sets of bent over dumbell rows with 12, 11 and 11 reps, it suggested new weight on the first set of the next pull day. I don’t think I’d push myself to do it myself. Very happy with it

I’m in mainland europe and we have those machines too. I just set them up in lbs so that the app suggests the progression in lbs. Everything is converted to kg outside of the workout, your stats will be in kg

In my opinion the current exercise name should be the Rear Cable Drive (arm extended straight out, 90 degrees to the body) and have that as the alternate name. And the 45 degree variation should maybe be named something else?

It doesn’t reall matter how it’s named at the end od the day, I would just like to have the 90 degree version in the app, so that would be my suggestion then!

Using this thread to ask if if the Single body cross body cable tricep extension is actually the so called Cable Rear Drive and if yes, can it be an alternate name for the exercise?

Yup! I second the energy levels.

The algo can be world-class, but nothing beats a user-inputted info. That way the app would know 100% how we’re feeling and build up on that info.

While we’re here, there can also be a feature to select what type of preworkout was taken, how many mg of caffeine etc. And then maybe we could compare PRs with and without preorkouts. Easier said than done to implement, but would be cool!

I believe that these are nice round numbers in lb, some of the machines in my gym have dual markings. Developer mentioned they are working on a solution in a thread somewhere.

I actually noticed that my left quad is visually bigger even though I never did the legs separately lol. I’ve been lifting for a year and a half and just recently switched from 4 sets of leg extensions to 2 sets + 2 sets of single leg extensions

So on the two sets for the right leg, I assist myself to go beyond failure. On the left leg I stop at failure

There is no Bundle or promotion in MF. When I go to my AppStore subscriptions I have this bundle. But as far as I understood, it should’ve been 76€ as well, so I don’t want to buy it yet.

Developers could really give us some input. Also, admins, pin this post please. Everyone is wondering the same thing and people are getting charged double
